Purchases and refunds

  • Bought in the Android app? Purchases go through Google Play. You can request a refund from your Google Play order history, or write to us first and we'll help.
  • Bought on the web? Card purchases are processed by Stripe. Email us with the date and amount and we'll sort it out.
  • Don't recognise a charge? Please contact us before your bank, so we can fix it quickly.
